Abstract:
(EN) A vacuuming device, comprising a main body (110), a shaft (130), a vacuum-pump rotor (146), an electric-motor stator (160) and an electric-motor rotor (170). An air inlet (114), an air outlet (116), an oil reservoir chamber (120) and an electric-motor housing (150) are disposed in the main body (110). The oil reservoir chamber (120) and the air outlet (116) are connected. The shaft (130) is rotatably connected to the main body (110). The vacuum-pump rotor (146) is fixedly installed on the shaft (130) and forms a vacuum-pump stator chamber (142) with the inner wall of the main body (110). The air inlet (114) and the oil reservoir chamber (120) respectively connect to the vacuum-pump stator chamber (142). The electric-motor stator (160) and the electric-motor rotor (170) are both installed in the electric-motor housing (150). The electric-motor stator (160) is fixedly connected to the main body (110). The electric-rotor (170) is fixedly connected to the shaft (130). The vacuuming device reduces the cost of manufacturing, optimizes the spatial structure and decreases the volume of the entire device.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de mise sous vide, comprenant un corps principal (110), un arbre (130), un rotor de pompe à vide (146), un stator de moteur électrique (160) et un rotor de moteur électrique (170). Une entrée d'air (114), une sortie d'air (116), une chambre de réservoir d'huile (120) et un carter de moteur électrique (150) sont disposés dans le corps principal (110). La chambre de réservoir d'huile (120) et la sortie d'air (116) sont raccordées. L'arbre (130) est relié rotatif au corps principal (110). Le rotor de pompe à vide (146) est installé à demeure sur l'arbre (130) et forme une chambre de stator de pompe à vide (142) avec la paroi interne du corps principal (110). L'entrée d'air (114) et la chambre de réservoir d'huile (120) sont respectivement raccordées à la chambre de stator de pompe à vide (142). Le stator de moteur électrique (160) et le rotor de moteur électrique (170) sont tous deux installés dans le carter de moteur électrique (150). Le stator de moteur électrique (160) est relié à demeure au corps principal (110). Le rotor électrique (170) est relié à demeure à l'arbre (130). Le dispositif de mise sous vide réduit le coût de fabrication, optimise la structure spatiale et diminue le volume de l'ensemble du dispositif.
