Abstract:
Provided are a touch detection circuit and a driving method thereof, an in-cell touch screen, and a display device. The touch detection circuit comprises an electromagnetic induction module (10), a voltage input module (20), a voltage storage module (30), a piezoelectric sensing structure (200), a bottom gate type drive transistor, and a data processing module (40). Cooperation of the above modules and structure enables the touch detection circuit to support not only an electromagnetic touch function based on the principles of electromagnetic induction but also a piezoelectric sensing touch function based on piezoelectric sensing technology, such that an electromagnetic touch detection circuit, a pressure-sensing device and a piezoelectric sensing detection circuit can be integrated into a touch detection circuit, thereby preventing the pressure-sensing device and the piezoelectric sensing detection circuit from occupying an excessively large space in a display device.
