Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pixel unit of a dynamic vision sensor. The pixel unit comprises a photosensitive pixel circuit for detecting an optical signal, so that an electrical signal is generated and output when a change in the optical signal is detected; and a communication circuit connected to the photosensitive pixel circuit and outputting the electrical signal. The pixel unit further comprises: a neighbourhood denoising circuit connected to the photosensitive pixel circuit, the communication circuit and the other pixel units in four neighbourhoods, and used for controlling, according to response states of adjacent pixel units, whether the communication circuit outputs the electrical signal. In the embodiment of the present invention, when a pixel unit executes a response trigger event for an optical signal, by acquiring an excitation state signal of pixel units located in four neighbourhoods and determining a state thereof, if at least three of the pixel units in the four neighbourhoods are in an unresponsive state, the pixel unit does not respond, thereby effectively avoiding the generation of isolated noise, and having the beneficial effects of a fast processing speed and a high denoising accuracy.
