Abstract:
(EN) A conductive ink includes a conductive nano-metal and a graphene dispersion liquid. The graphene dispersion liquid includes a graphene. A lateral size of the graphene is between approximately 0.1 micron and approximately 1 micron. The graphene has a weight percentage with respect to the conductive ink ranging from approximately 0.2 wt% to approximately 0.5 wt%.
(FR) L'invention concerne une encre conductrice qui comprend un nanométal conducteur et un liquide de dispersion de graphène. Le liquide de dispersion de graphène comprend un graphène. Une taille latérale du graphène est comprise entre approximativement 0,1 micron et approximativement 1 micron.
