Abstract:
A control system for a dry clutch and a dry brake of a pressure machine, comprising a controller, an air control device, and a cooler for cooling a friction block (21) of a clutch (15) and a friction block (21) of a brake (12); the air control device comprises a main air source (1) which is connected to an air storage tank (4) via a check valve (2) and a pressure regulating valve (3) sequentially; the air storage tank (4) is provided with two outlets; one outlet of the air storage tank (4) is connected to an inlet of a double valve (9), and an outlet of the double valve (9) is connected to an air inlet of the clutch (15) and an air inlet of the brake (12); the cooler comprises a pressure boosting compressor (25), the other outlet of the air storage tank (4) is connected to an inlet of a high pressure atomizer (23) via the pressure boosting compressor (25) and a 3/2-way valve I (24) sequentially, an outlet of the high pressure atomizer (23) is connected to an atomizing nozzle (20), and a moving mechanism drives the atomizing nozzle (20) to move; temperature sensors (19) are connected to both the clutch (15) and the brake (12), and transmit temperature signals to the controller. The air control structure has a simple structure and can effectively cool the friction blocks (21), ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the clutch (15) and the brake (12).
