Title: NETWORK INTEGRATED AND COORDINATED CONTROL SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR THIN COAL SEAM COMPREHENSIVE MINING AND GAS CONTROL
Abstract:
Disclosed are a network integrated and coordinated control system and method for thin coal seam comprehensive mining and gas control. By optimising shearer selection and mining method, efficient mining on a joint coal and rock working face is performed, and a coal gangue washing system (5) is constructed in a shaft to separate mined coal gangue with high efficiency, providing raw materials for roadside packing for a protective seam working face while improving coal quality and alleviating the burden of conveying in a mine. Finally, roadside packing is constructed on the goaf side to form a dominant gas channel, providing conditions for comprehensive guide and control for the protective seam stope gas.By combining efficient joint coal and rock mining, efficient downhole separation for mined coal gangue, utilisation of separated gangue packing for gateway construction, and comprehensive guide and control for the stope gas in the gateway, the mining of thin protective seam becomes safe, efficient and economically green, forming a network integrated and coordinated control system and method.
