Abstract:
(EN) An energy-saving thermal insulation material for use in buildings and a preparation method therefor. The thermal insulation material is made of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of light stucco stone, 13-20 parts of expanded perlite, 7-13 parts of light calcium, 10-15 parts of methyl fiber, 9-15 parts of sepiolite, 5-8 parts of diatomite, 3-6 parts of fibrous brucite, 10-15 parts of plant fiber extract, 1-4 parts of 2-maleate monobutylate, 2-3 parts of 1,2,3-glycerol monooctadecyl ester, 1-3 parts of lithium citrate, 2-5 parts of hollow glass microspheres, 3-6 parts of sodium lignosulfonate, 1-3 parts of sodium silicate, 2-4 parts of magnesium oxide, 1-4 parts of n-octanol, 1-2 parts of isocyanate, 1-2 parts of hydrogenated chlorofluorocarbon, 3-8 parts of a water reducing agent, 1-4 parts of a foaming agent and 2-6 parts of a stabilizer.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau d'isolation thermique à économie d'énergie destiné à être utilisé dans des bâtiments et son procédé de préparation. Le matériau d'isolation thermique est constitué des matières premières suivantes en parties en poids : 30 à 50 parties de stuc pierre léger, 13 à 20 parties de perlite expansée, 7 à 13 parties de calcium léger, de 10 à 15 parties de fibre de méthyle, 9 à 15 parties de sépiolite, 5 à 8 parties de diatomite, 3 à 6 parties de brucite fibreuse, 10 à 15 parties d'extrait de fibre végétale, 1 à 4 parties de monobutylate de 2-maléate, 2 à 3 parties d'ester monooctadécylique de 1,2,3-glycérol, 1 à 3 parties de citrate de lithium, 2 à 5 parties de microsphères de verre creuses, 3 à 6 parties de lignosulfonate de sodium, 1 à 3 parties de silicate de sodium, 2 à 4 parties d'oxyde de magnésium, 1 à 4 parties de n-octanol, 1 à 2 parties d'isocyanate, 1 à 2 parties de chlorofluorocarbure hydrogéné, 3 à 8 parties d'un agent de réduction d'eau, 1 à 4 parties d'un agent moussant et 2 à 6 parties d'un stabilisant.
