Abstract:
(EN) A conjugated polymer nanometer probe comprising: a fluorescent conjugated polymer; a surface ligand; a target molecule; and a near-infrared fluorescent dye; and may also comprise magnetic resonance contrast agents with gadolinium. The preparation method for the conjugated polymer nanometer probe involves: adding the above mentioned materials in an organic solvent, ultrasonic mixing to obtain a mixed solution; and adding the mixed solution in ultra pure water, continuing the ultrasound. The conjugated polymer nanometer probe merges near infrared fluorescence imaging, photoacoustic imaging and magnetic resonance imaging bi-modal or tri-modal molecule imaging technology, can recognize metastatic lymph nodes and normal lymph nodes, and where the metastatic lymph nodes stay for a long time period, satisfy the requirements for long-term observation. At the same time, the near infrared fluorescent conjugated polymer nanometer probe can generate active oxygen under light so that it can be used for tumor photodynamic treatment.
(FR) L'invention concerne une sonde nanométrique au polymère conjugué comprenant : un polymère conjugué fluorescent ; un ligand de surface ; une molécule cible ; et un colorant fluorescent dans le proche infrarouge; et peut également comprendre des agents de contraste de résonance magnétique avec du gadolinium. Le procédé de préparation de la sonde nanométrique au polymère conjugué comprend : ajout des matériaux mentionnés ci-dessus dans un solvant organique, mélange par ultrasons afin d'obtenir une solution mixte ; et ajout de la solution mélangée dans de l'eau ultra pure, poursuite des ultrasons. La sonde nanométrique au polymère conjugué fusionne l'imagerie de fluorescence du proche infrarouge, l'imagerie photoacoustique et l'imagerie par résonance magnétique avec une technologie d'imagerie moléculaire bi-modale ou tri-modale, peut reconnaître des ganglions lymphatiques métastatiques et des ganglions lymphatiques normaux, et lorsque les ganglions lymphatiques métastatiques restent pendant une longue période, satisfait aux exigences pour une observation à long terme. En même temps, la sonde nanométrique au polymère conjugué fluorescent proche infrarouge peut générer de l'oxygène actif sous la lumière, ce qui permet de l'utiliser pour le traitement photodynamique d'une tumeur.
(ZH) 一种共轭聚合物纳米探针,包括:荧光共轭聚合物;表面配体;靶分子;近红外荧光染料;还可以包括含钆磁共振造影剂。该共轭聚合物纳米探针的制备方法为:在有机溶剂中加入上述原料,超声混合获得混合液;将混合液加到超纯水中,继续超声。该共轭聚合物纳米探针融合近红外荧光成像、光声成像和磁共振成像双模态或三模态分子成像技术,可识别转移淋巴结和正常淋巴结,且在转移淋巴结的滞留时间长,满足长时间观察检测的需求。同时,该近红外荧光共轭聚合物纳米探针,其能在光照条件下产生活性氧,可以用于肿瘤光动力学治疗。
