Abstract:
(EN) A display module (100), comprising an array substrate (1), a driving chip (2), a set of pads (3), and a flexible circuit board (4). The array substrate (1) comprises a top surface (11), a bottom surface (12) opposite the top surface, and a via hole (13) penetrating from the top surface (11) to the bottom surface (12). A conductive material is filled into the via hole (13) to form a conductive unit (14). The driving chip (2) is disposed on the top surface (11); and a part of pins (22) of the driving chip (2) are electrically connected to the conductive unit (14). The set of pads (3) is disposed on the bottom surface (12) and faces the driving chip (2); the set of pads (3) is electrically connected to the conductive unit (14); and the flexible circuit board (4) is bound to the set of the pads (3). The display module (100) has a large screen-to-body ratio.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un module d'affichage (100), comprenant un substrat de réseau (1), une puce de pilotage (2), un ensemble de plots (3), et une carte de circuit souple (4). Le substrat de réseau (1) comprend une surface supérieure (11), une surface inférieure (12) opposée à la surface supérieure, et un trou d'interconnexion (13) pénétrant de la surface supérieure (11) à la surface inférieure (12). Un matériau conducteur est introduit dans le trou d'interconnexion (13) pour former une unité conductrice (14).
