Title: DRY-TYPE TRANSFORMER COIL AND WINDING METHOD THEREOF
Abstract:
Disclosed are a dry-type transformer coil and a winding method thereof, wherein an inner layer coil (210) and an outer layer coil (220) of a disc coil (200) are separated by a first separating block (300) to form a first air passage (700). The inner layer coils (210) of the two adjacent disc coils (200) are separated by a second separating block (400), and the outer layer coils (220) of the two adjacent disc coils (200) are separated by a third separating block (500) to form a second air passage (800). The first air passage (700) cooperates with the second air passage (800), such that the heat generated by the disc coil (200) when working can be effectively and quickly dissipated, thereby improving the operational reliability of the dry-type transformer coil and increasing the service life of the dry-type transformer coil. Compared with conventional dry-type transformer coils, the voltage between the disc coils is greatly reduced. The dry-type transformer coil and the winding method thereof can effectively improve the heat dissipation capacity, allowing safe and reliable operation, and can reduce the voltage between the disc coils, such that the overall height is reduced, achieving the aim of material savings.
