Title: DRY-TYPE TRANSFORMER COIL AND WINDING METHOD THEREOF
Abstract:
Disclosed are a dry-type transformer coil and a winding method thereof, the dry-type transformer coil comprising an inner cylinder (100) and at least two disc coils (200). The at least two disc coils (200) are sequentially wound outside the inner cylinder (100) along an axial direction of the inner cylinder (100), and each disc coil (200) comprises an inner layer coil (210) and an outer layer coil (220); the inner layer coil (210) is arranged apart from the outer layer coil (220) to form a first air passage (700), and a first separating block (300) for separating the inner layer coil (210) from the outer layer coil (220) is arranged in the first air passage (700); and two adjacent disc coils (200) are arranged with an interval to form a second air passage (800), and a second separating block (400) for separating the inner layer coils (210) of the two adjacent disc coils (200) and a third separating block (500) for separating the outer layer coils (220) of the two adjacent disc coils (200) are arranged in the second air passage (800). The dry-type transformer coil and the winding method thereof can effectively improve the heat dissipation capacity, allowing safe and reliable operation.
