Abstract:
A fastening device providing highly effective electromagnetic interference shielding. The device comprises a metal cap (1), a metal connector (3), a flanged flat spring (4), and a metal nut (6). The metal cap (1) is connected to an end of the metal connector (3) by means of threads. The flanged flat spring (4) is installed within the metal connector (3). The metal nut (6) is connected to another end of the metal connector (3) by means of threads. The fastening device providing highly effective electromagnetic interference shielding enables quick passage of a copper terminal without the flat spring being extracted. The flat spring has a flange and has a hexagonal trapezoidal shape. The fastening device has a large grounding area, prevents surge and high-voltage breakdown, provides convenient and efficient assembly operation, and eliminates the need to cut through a shielding layer, thus realizing quick grounding.
