Abstract:
Provided are a radio frequency channel calibration apparatus and method, which relate to the technical field of communications and are used for improving the loop accuracy of radio frequency channel calibration. The apparatus comprises a radio frequency unit, a calibration unit and a processing unit, wherein the radio frequency unit and the calibration unit are respectively connected to the processing unit; the calibration unit comprises a coupling network; the radio frequency unit is connected to the coupling network via a feed line; the radio frequency unit comprises M transmitting channels, and is used for sending calibration signals via the M transmitting channels, M being a positive integer greater than or equal to 2; the coupling network is used for coupling the calibration signals sent by the M transmission channels into one signal; the calibration unit further comprises a calibration channel, and is used for receiving one signal output by the coupling network via the calibration channel; and the processing unit is used for determining a transmission phase difference of the M transmitting channels, and calibrating a corresponding transmitting channel based on the transmission phase difference of the M transmitting channels.
