Abstract:
A cell string formed by connecting N-type IBC solar cells in a spliced-sheet manner, a preparation method therefor, an assembly and a system. The cell string comprises strip-shaped N-type IBC solar cells and conductive members (9) used for Ohm connection between the strip-shaped N-type IBC solar cells, wherein back surfaces of the strip-shaped N-type IBC solar cells comprise p+ emitter regions (1) and n+ base regions (3) which are arranged so as to alternate with one another, p+ emitter contact electrodes (2) are arranged in the p+ emitter regions (1), and n+ base contact electrodes (4) are arranged in the n+ base regions (3); and the cell string further comprises p+ electrode current convergence points (5) arranged on the p+ emitter contact electrodes (2) and n+ electrode current convergence points (6) arranged on the n+ base contact electrodes (4), wherein an insulating barrier layer (7) is arranged in regions surrounding the current convergence points, and the conductive members (9) are arranged between adjacent strip-shaped N-type IBC cells. A cell string formed by connecting N-type IBC solar cells in a spliced-sheet manner is realized by means of using an insulating barrier layer (7) and by using a conductive member (9). Since a gap between cell sheets can be controlled so as to be equal to or less than 0.2 mm, the power of an assembly is much higher than that of a traditional cell string connection manner. In addition, the manufacturing process of the assembly is simple, and the cost is low.
