Abstract:
(EN) A device (16) for measuring wheel vertical forces (Q1Q8) of a wagon (17), the wagon (17) comprising an underframe (18) and at least two bogies (19) with bogie frames (27). The at least two bogies (19) are coupled to the underframe (18) and each have at least two axles which are mounted via a spring system and have wheels (21). The device (16) comprises at least four strain meters (22a-d, 22e-h) per bogie (19) and one evaluation unit (23) per wagon (17), said evaluation unit being coupled to the strain meters (22a-d). The strain meters (22a-d) are applied to the bogie frames (27), which remain immobile during a spring movement of the axle.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif (16) servant à mesurer des forces d'appui au sol (Q1Q8) d'un wagon (17), le wagon (17) comprenant un châssis inférieur (18) et au moins deux châssis rotatifs (19) pourvus d'un cadre (27) de châssis rotatif. Les deux châssis rotatifs (19) ou plus sont couplés au châssis inférieur (18) et comportent respectivement au moins deux essieux de roue comprenant des roues (21) montés au-dessus d'un système pneumatique. Le dispositif (16) comprend, par châssis rotatif (19), au moins quatre sondes de mesure d'allongement (22a-d, 22e-h) et, par wagon (17), une unité d'évaluation (23) qui est couplée aux sondes de mesure d'allongement (22a - d). Les sondes de mesure d'allongement (22a - d) sont appliquées sur le cadre (27) de châssis tournant et restent sans mouvement dans le cas d'un déplacement sur ressorts de l'essieu de roue.
(DE) Vorrichtung (16) zum Messen von Radaufstandskräften (Q1Q8) eines Wagens (17), wobei der Wagen (17) ein Untergestell (18) und zumindest zwei Drehgestelle (19) mit Drehgestellrahmen (27) umfasst. Die zumindest zwei Drehgestelle (19) sind mit dem Untergestell (18) gekoppelt und weisen jeweils mindestens zwei über ein Federsystem gelagerte Radachsen mit Rädern (21) auf. Die Vorrichtung (16) umfasst pro Drehgestell (19) zumindest vier Dehnungsmessgeber (22a-d, 22e-h) und je Wagen 17 eine Auswerteeinheit (23), die mit den Dehnungsmessgeber (22a-d) gekoppelt ist. Die Dehnungsmessgeber (22a- d) sind an den Drehgestell-Rahmen (27) appliziert, die bei einer Federbewegung der Radachse bewegungsfrei bleiben.
