Abstract
(EN) Provided is a casing 21 for an exhaust turbocharger turbine 2, configured so as to house a turbine rotor 23 to be driven by exhaust gas and form a spiral scroll 22 serving as a path for supplying the exhaust gas to the turbine rotor 23, wherein the scroll 22 includes a first region 222a extending from a spiral origin position 222s to a predetermined angle θ and a second region 222b extending from the predetermined angle θ to a spiral end position 222e, with the surface area of an interior wall thereof decreasing from the spiral origin position 222s toward the spiral end position 222e, and the interior wall at the first region 222a has a lower surface roughness than that at the second region 222b.
(FR) L'invention concerne un carter (21) destiné à une turbine de turbocompresseur d'échappement (2). Le carter est conçu pour loger un rotor de turbine (23) devant être entraîné par un gaz d'échappement et devant former une rainure spirale (22) servant de trajet permettant d'alimenter le rotor de turbine (23) en gaz d'échappement. La rainure (22) comprend une première région (222a) qui s'étend d'une position spiralée d'origine (222s) vers un angle prédéfini θ et une seconde région (222b) qui s'étend d'un angle prédéfini θ vers une position spiralée finale (222e), la surface d'une paroi intérieure diminuant à partir de la position spiralée d'origine (222s) vers la position spiralée finale (222e), et la paroi intérieure au niveau de la première région (222a) possède une rugosité de surface qui est inférieure à celle de la seconde région (222b).
(JA) 排気ガスにより駆動されるタービンロータ23を収容し、タービンロータ23への排気ガスの供給経路である渦巻状のスクロール22を形成する排気ターボ過給機用タービン2のケーシング21であって、スクロール22は、巻き始めの位置222sから所定角度θまでの第一範囲222aと、所定角度θから巻き終わりの位置222eの第二範囲222bとを含み、巻き始めの位置222sから巻き終わりの位置222eに向かうにつれて内壁面の表面積が減少し、第一範囲222aは、第二範囲222bよりも、内壁面の表面粗度が低い。
