Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Behandlung einer Faserstoffbahn (1), insbesondere einer Papier- oder Kartonbahn im Endabschnitt einer Maschine zur Herstellung derselben, welcher eine Trockenpartie (2) zur Trocknung, eine erste Glättvorrichtung (3) zur Vorglättung, eine Streichvorrichtung (9) zum Auftrag von Streichfarbe, eine weitere Glättvorrichtung (4) sowie eine Aufrollvorrichtung (5) zum Aufwickeln der fertigen Faserstoffbahn (1) umfasst, wobei die Faserstoffbahn (1) zwischen Trockenpartie (2) und Aufrollvorrichtung (5) durch zumindest eine Kühleinheit (6,7,10) mit Verdunstungskühlung geführt wird. Dabei sollen eine volumenschonende Glättung und eine optimale Aufrollung dadurch ermöglicht werden, dass die Faserstoffbahn (1) vor der ersten (3) und zwischen der ersten (3) und der weiteren Glättvorrichtung (4) mittels jeweils wenigstens einer Kühleinheit (6,7,10) gekühlt wird.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for treating a fibrous web (1), in particular a paper or carton web in the end section of a machine for production thereof, which comprises a dryer section (2) for drying, a first smoothing device (3) for pre-smoothing, a coating device (9) for applying coating color, an additional smoothing device (4) and a rolling device (5) for winding the finished fibrous web (1), wherein the fibrous web (1) is guided through at least one cooling unit (6, 7, 10) having evaporation cooling between the drying section (2) and the rolling device (5). According to the invention, volume-protective smoothing and optimal rolling is enabled in that the fibrous web (1) is cooled by at least one cooling unit (6, 7, 10) in each case before the first (3) and between the first (3) and the additional smoothing device (4).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement d'une bande de matière fibreuse (1), en particulier d'une bande de papier ou de carton dans la partie terminale d'une machine pour la fabrication de la bande. Ladite partie terminale comprend une sécherie (2) pour le séchage, un premier dispositif de lissage (3) pour le pré-lissage, un dispositif de couchage (9) pour l'application d'une sauce de couchage, un autre dispositif de lissage (4) ainsi qu'un dispositif d'enroulement (5) pour enrouler la bande de matière fibreuse finie (1), la bande de matière fibreuse (1) étant guidée entre la sécherie (2) et le dispositif d'enroulement (5) par au moins une unité de refroidissement (6, 7, 10) à refroidissement par évaporation. L'invention vise à permettre un lissage respectant le volume et un enroulement optimal. A cet effet, la bande de matière fibreuse (1) est refroidie avant le premier dispositif de lissage (3) et entre le premier dispositif de lissage (3) et l'autre dispositif de lissage (4) au moyen respectivement d'au moins une unité de refroidissement (6, 7, 10).
