Provided are an information transceiving method and device, the method comprising: a terminal device receiving, on a first downlink carrier, a broadcast message sent by a network device, wherein the broadcast message comprises second downlink configuration information corresponding to a second downlink carrier; the second downlink configuration information comprises second downlink frequency point information and/or physical cell identifier information about the second downlink carrier; the first downlink carrier and a second uplink carrier are service carriers of the terminal device, and the second downlink carrier is not a service carrier of the terminal device; and the second downlink carrier and the second uplink carrier are system-level paired carriers. Sending a signal on an LTE low-frequency uplink carrier by means of LTE low-frequency downlink carrier configuration information borne on an NR high-frequency downlink carrier facilitates the improvement in the performance of a system in a scenario where NR and LTE coexist.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif d'émission-réception d'informations, le procédé comprenant un dispositif terminal qui reçoit, sur une première porteuse de liaison descendante, un message de diffusion envoyé par un dispositif réseau, le message de diffusion comprenant des secondes informations de configuration de liaison descendante correspondant à une seconde porteuse de liaison descendante, les secondes informations de configuration de liaison descendante comprenant des secondes informations de point de fréquence de liaison descendante et/ou des informations d'identifiant de cellule physique concernant la seconde porteuse de liaison descendante, la première porteuse de liaison descendante et une seconde porteuse de liaison montante étant des porteuses de service du dispositif terminal, la seconde porteuse de liaison descendante n'étant pas une porteuse de service du dispositif terminal, et la seconde porteuse de liaison descendante et la seconde porteuse de liaison montante étant des porteuses appariées de niveau système. L'envoi d'un signal sur une porteuse de liaison montante basse fréquence LTE au moyen d'informations de configuration de porteuse de liaison descendante basse fréquence LTE portées sur une porteuse de liaison descendante haute fréquence NR permet l'amélioration des performances d'un système dans un scénario où NR et LTE coexistent.
