A system for wirelessly monitoring well conditions includes a set of wireless transceivers placed along a drill string inside a well, each transceiver placed within at least half the maximum distance that each transceiver can transmit data, and a power generator attached to each transceiver that powers the respective transceiver, the power generator including a first material that is of one polarity and a second material that is fixed in position and is of opposite polarity of the first material, wherein the first material is propelled toward the second material based on the motion of the power generator so that the two materials have a maximized point of contact to generate maximum power. The wireless transceivers may communicate using any wireless communication technology, including but not limited to Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, and BLE.

La présente invention concerne un système de surveillance sans fil de conditions de puits qui comprend un ensemble d'émetteurs-récepteurs sans fil placés le long d'un train de tiges de forage à l'intérieur d'un puits, chaque émetteur-récepteur étant placé au sein d'au moins la moitié de la distance maximum selon laquelle chaque émetteur-récepteur peut transmettre des données, et un générateur d'énergie, fixé à chaque émetteur-récepteur, qui alimente l'émetteur-récepteur respectif, le générateur d'énergie comprenant un premier matériau qui est d'une polarité et un second matériau qui est fixé en position et qui est de polarité opposée à celle du premier matériau, le premier matériau étant propulsé vers le second matériau sur la base du mouvement du générateur d'énergie de telle sorte que les deux matériaux présentent un point de contact maximisé afin de générer une puissance maximale. Les émetteurs-récepteurs sans fil peuvent communiquer à l'aide d'une quelconque technologie de communication sans fil comprenant entre autres Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct et BLE.
