Abstract:
An organic light-emitting diode comprising a first electrode (EL1), a stack of organic semiconducting layers (EO), comprising at least one organic light-emitting layer, deposited on top of said first electrode, a second electrode (EL2) deposited on a surface of said stack opposite to said first electrode and a dielectric layer or multilayer encapsulation structure (SE) deposited on top of said second electrode, characterised in that it also comprises a dielectric layer (CDS) having a structure forming a diffraction grating deposited on said dielectric layer or multilayer encapsulation structure. A method for producing such an organic light emitting diode.
