Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing a curing agent for epoxy resins, wherein an amine mixture containing at least one starting amine of the formula (I) and at least one alkylated amine of the formula (II) are reacted or adducted with at least one glycidyl ether of the formula (III). The amine mixture constitutes in particular a reaction mixture from the partial alkylation of the amine of the formula (I). The method according to the invention allows a low-odor, low-toxicity, low-viscosity, and highly reactive curing agent for epoxy resins and epoxy resin products with a low expenditure of energy and a high space-time yield, said products curing rapidly at ambient temperatures and in particular even in the cold, thus allowing high-quality coatings with a smooth uniform surface.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé pour la fabrication d'un durcisseur destiné à des résines époxydes, dans lequel un mélange d'amines contenant au moins une amine de départ de formule (I) et au moins une amine alkylée de formule (II) est mis à réagir avec au moins un glycidyléther de formule (III) ou est additionné de ce dernier. Le mélange d'amines représente alors en particulier un mélange réactionnel provenant de l'alkylation partielle de l'amine de formule (I). Le procédé décrit permet, avec une faible dépense en énergie et un rendement élevé de l'espace-temps, d'obtenir des durcisseurs à faible odeur, peu toxiques, à faible viscosité et hautement réactifs, destinés à des résines époxydes et des produits de résine époxyde, qui durcissent rapidement à des températures ambiantes et en particulier aussi à froid, et permettent alors de réaliser des revêtements de grande valeur, présentant une surface uniforme et brillante.
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Härters für Epoxidharze, in dem ein Amingemisch enthaltend mindestens ein Ausgangs-Amin der Formel (I) und mindestens ein alkyliertes Amin der Formel (II) mit mindestens einem Glycidylether der Formel (III) umgesetzt bzw. adduktiert wird. Das Amingemisch stellt dabei insbesondere eine Reaktionsmischung aus der partiellen Alkylierung des Amins der Formel (I) dar. Das beschriebene Verfahren ermöglicht mit geringem Energieaufwand und hoher Raum-Zeit-Ausbeute geruchsarme, wenig toxische, niedrigviskose und hochreaktive Härter für Epoxidharze und Epoxidharz-Produkte, die bei Umgebungstemperaturen und insbesondere auch in der Kälte rasch aushärten und dabei hochwertige Beschichtungen mit ebenmässiger, glänzender Oberfläche ermöglichen.
