Title: METHOD FOR PRODUCING A MEMBRANE CARRIER COMPONENT, AND A MEMBRANE CARRIER COMPONENT FOR THE SEPARATION OF HYDROGEN
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing a membrane carrier component having a membrane carrier composed of a sintered metal, which has a membrane layer, at least comprising the following steps: a. providing an areal or tubular membrane carrier composed of a porous sintered metal with a surface which is provided for coating with the membrane layer; b. providing a metallic connecting element for the connection of the membrane carrier to a gas-conducting line; c. connecting membrane carrier and connecting element by means of a weld seam to form the membrane carrier component, and forming a first connecting zone between weld seam and membrane carrier and a second connecting zone between weld seam and connecting element; d. arranging a metal layer on the surface and on the weld seam, such that the metal layer covers at least the first connecting zone; e. cohesively connecting the metal layer at least to the surface and to the weld seam; f. coating at least subregions of the surface and at least subregions of the foil with the membrane layer. The invention furthermore relates to a membrane carrier component according to the invention, at least having a membrane carrier composed of a porous sintered metal and a metallic connecting element for the connection of the membrane carrier to a gas-conducting line.
