Abstract:
The present invention relates to an actuator (10) for controlling a parking brake apparatus (12), in particular an electronic parking brake apparatus, of a vehicle, in particular of a utility vehicle, comprising at least one actuating lever (14), wherein the actuating lever (14) has at least one actuating button (16), and comprising at least one receiving element (18), wherein the actuating lever (14) and the receiving element (18) are rotatably connected to one another and can be rotated with respect to each other about an axis of rotation, wherein the actuator (10) has at least one actuation switching state (S2P) and at least one release switching state (S2D), wherein the actuation switching state (S2P) results at least from a first rotational movement of the actuating lever (14) in a first direction of rotation (DR1) with respect to the receiving element (18) and a first actuation of the actuating button (16), and wherein the release switching state results at least from a second rotational movement of the actuating lever (14) in the first direction of rotation (DR1) with respect to the receiving element (18) and a second actuation of the actuating button (16), wherein the actuation switching state (S2P) is associated with an engagement of the parking brake apparatus (12) and the release switching state (S2D) is associated with a disengagement of the parking brake apparatus (12).
