Abstract:
A light-sensitive monitoring and control system for a plate-rolling machine, and a rolling process for a wind-powered steel pipe pile barrel using the system, wherein the light-sensitive monitoring and control system for a plate-rolling machine comprises an on-line monitoring system and a feedback control system, and the rolling process for a wind-powered barrel using the system comprises sample fabrication, steel plate inspection, steel plate pre-rolling, roll forming, longitudinal seam cleaning, longitudinal seam adjustment, welding, barrel lifting, secondary roundness correction, and barrel repair. The system is based on optical detection and forms an optical, mechanical and electrical comprehensive on-line measurement control system, which has the advantages of no contact, high speed, large dynamic range, and abundant information. Monitoring and continuously rolling an arc using the light-sensitive monitoring and control system in the process of rolling the wind-powered barrel improves the degree of automation, and greatly improves the accuracy and efficiency of the rolling process.
