Abstract:
A drilling pre-formed polycrystalline diamond compact with an efficient debris removal function, comprising a polycrystalline diamond layer (100) and a hard alloy matrix support (200) adhered to the polycrystalline diamond layer (100). The polycrystalline diamond layer (100) comprises an upper surface (101) and an outer edge surface (102). Cutting blade teeth (103) and debris removal grooves (104) with radial centers are formed in junction regions of the upper surface (101) and the outer edge surface (102). The cutting blade teeth (103) and the debris removal grooves (104) are connected with one another in certain angle directions, radially extend, and are annularly distributed. The structure has high sharpness and an efficient debris removal merit, and can greatly improve the drilling efficiency, prevent a balling phenomenon, and ensure the control stability of a drilling platform.
