Abstract:
Disclosed is a battery failure preventing cut-off system applied to an electric bus. The system comprises an initial value setting module (10), a sampling module (20), a temperature and time collection module (30), a temperature rise rate calculation module (40) and a battery cut-off module (50), wherein the temperature and time collection module (30) is used for collecting, when a time difference between two adjacent sampling time points is less than the maximum of sampling time intervals, temperature values at different time points, and collecting, when a temperature difference between the two adjacent time points is greater than a set minimum of temperature intervals, a time difference between the temperature intervals; and the battery cut-off module (50) is used for outputting, when the temperature rise rate is greater than a set temperature rise rate parameter, a command to cut off the output of a battery. According to the system, by means of a working mode of a temperature and time collection module, the collection of a temperature difference is not completed in the same time interval but the collection is completed in a dynamic time interval; therefore, efficiency can be ensured and accuracy can be ensured.
