Abstract:
(EN) Apparatus for target molecule detection includes a sample cell configured to receive a sample, reference, counter, and first and second working electrodes in communication with the sample cell, first and second working electrodes, and a differential amplifier circuit. The first working electrode is coated with a first recognition element that is to interact with a target molecule in the sample, while the second working electrode is not coated with the first recognition element. The first working electrode is configured to measure a first signal responsive to interaction of the first recognition element with the target molecule, while the second working electrode is configured to measure a second signal indicative of background noise from the sample. The differential amplifier circuit configured to generate a modified signal, indicative of an amount of the target molecule present in the sample, that is proportional to a difference between the first and second signals.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de détection de molécule cible comprenant une cellule d'échantillon conçue pour recevoir un échantillon, une référence, un compteur, et des première et seconde électrodes de travail en communication avec la cellule d'échantillon, des première et seconde électrodes de travail, et un circuit amplificateur différentiel. La première électrode de travail est revêtue d'un premier élément de reconnaissance qui doit entrer en interaction avec une molécule cible dans l'échantillon, la seconde électrode de travail n'étant pas revêtue du premier élément de reconnaissance.
