Abstract:
(EN) Embodiments of the present disclosure provide systems (100), apparatuses and methods for the use of deep vacuum for the regeneration of desiccant (121) and (125) in compressed gas desiccant dryers. Through the use of a vacuum pump (107) operably coupled to a gas dryer, the systems and methods described herein allow for a gas dryer system (100) to reach a deep vacuum pressure, inducing liquid within the desiccant in a gas dryer tower (103) and (105) to reach a boiling point induced by the low pressure and lower boiling point of water or liquid, allowing the water or liquid to change from a liquid to a gas. This phase change allows the liquid to separate from the desiccant (121) and (125). The vacuum pump (107) is then able to remove or pull the vapor that has been released from the desiccant from the system (100).
(FR) Des modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent des systèmes (100), des appareils et des procédés pour l'utilisation d'un vide profond pour la régénération d'absorbeur d'humidité (121) et (125) dans des séchoirs à absorbeur d'humidité à gaz comprimé.
