Abstract:
(EN) Therapeutic compositions and an associated method for improving a Toll-like receptor (TLR)-related condition, including determining a set of peptide sequences associated with a microorganism-related modulator of a TLR, determining a first set of binding parameters for the set of peptide sequences in relation to the TLR, selecting a target subset of peptide sequences from the set of peptide sequences based on the first set of binding parameters, reengineering the target subset of peptide sequences based on mutating amino acid residues of the target subset of peptide sequences, determining a second set of binding parameters for the reengineered target subset of peptide sequences in relation to the TLR, and identifying a first peptide for use in a therapeutic composition for improving the TLR-related condition, based on the second set of binding parameters for the reengineered target subset of peptide sequences.
(FR) L'invention concerne des compositions thérapeutiques et un procédé associé pour améliorer une pathologie liée au récepteur de type Toll (TLR), comprenant la détermination d'un ensemble de séquences peptidiques associées à un modulateur associé à un micro-organisme d'un TLR, la détermination d'un premier ensemble de paramètres de liaison pour l'ensemble de séquences peptidiques relativement au TLR, la sélection d'un sous-ensemble cible de séquences peptidiques à partir de l'ensemble de séquences peptidiques sur la base du premier ensemble de paramètres de liaison, la remanipulation du sous-ensemble cible de séquences peptidiques sur la base de résidus d'acides aminés en mutation du sous-ensemble cible de séquences peptidiques, la détermination d'un second ensemble de paramètres de liaison pour le sous-ensemble cible remanipulé de séquences peptidiques relativement au TLR, et l'identification d'un premier peptide destiné à être utilisé dans une composition thérapeutique pour atténuer la pathologie liée au TLR, sur la base du second ensemble de paramètres de liaison pour le sous-ensemble cible remanipulé de séquences peptidiques.
