Abstract:
(EN) A method for controlling pressure in a blending apparatus includes sealingly coupling a blade platform to a rim of a vessel including foodstuffs to form a blending chamber. The blade platform includes a blade assembly. The method includes injecting fluid via an opening defined within the blade platform into the blending chamber while the blade platform is sealingly coupled to the vessel. The injection of fluid causes a change in pressure in the blending chamber. The method includes rotating blades of the blade assembly to process the foodstuffs in the blending chamber. The method includes introducing air into the blending chamber to decrease a difference between the pressure within the blending chamber and a pressure external to the blending chamber. The method includes decoupling the blade platform from the rim.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de commande de pression dans un appareil de mélange qui comprend le couplage étanche d'une plate-forme de lame à un bord d'un récipient comprenant des aliments pour former une chambre de mélange. La plate-forme de lame comprend un ensemble lame. Le procédé consiste à injecter un fluide par une ouverture définie à l'intérieur de la plate-forme de lame dans la chambre de mélange tandis que la plate-forme de lame est couplée avec étanchéité au récipient. L'injection de fluide provoque un changement de pression dans la chambre de mélange. Le procédé comprend la rotation des lames de l'ensemble lame pour traiter les aliments dans la chambre de mélange. Le procédé comprend l'introduction d'air dans la chambre de mélange pour réduire une différence entre la pression à l'intérieur de la chambre de mélange et une pression externe à la chambre de mélange.
