Abstract:
(EN) A locking mechanism for a bored lock has a lock chassis, a locking element, a motor housing, a reversible electric motor, an auger, and a spiral lock spring disposed between the locking element and the motor. The motor may drive the auger in a first or second rotational direction to move the spring towards/away from the motor to reduce/increase spring force on the locking element, thereby moving the locking element to an unlocked/locked position. One of the locking element and motor housing has a projection while the other has a guideway for slideably receiving the projection. The guideway prevents rotation of the locking element with respect to the motor as it moves between locked and unlocked positions. The projection and guideway are interlocked to prevent disassembly of the locking element and motor housing.
(FR) L'invention concerne un mécanisme de verrouillage pour une serrure encastrée qui comprend un châssis de verrou, un élément de verrouillage, un carter de moteur, un moteur électrique réversible, une vis sans fin et un ressort de verrouillage en spirale disposé entre l'élément de verrouillage et le moteur. Le moteur peut entraîner la vis sans fin dans une première ou dans une seconde direction de rotation afin de déplacer le ressort vers/à l'opposé du moteur afin de réduire/d'augmenter la force de ressort sur l'élément de verrouillage, déplaçant ainsi l'élément de verrouillage vers une position déverrouillée/verrouillée. L'élément de verrouillage ou le carter de moteur présente une saillie tandis que l'autre comporte une glissière pour recevoir de manière coulissante la saillie. La glissière empêche la rotation de l'élément de verrouillage par rapport au moteur lorsqu'il se déplace entre des positions verrouillée et déverrouillée. La saillie et la glissière sont imbriquées afin d'empêcher le désassemblage de l'élément de verrouillage et du carter de moteur.
