Abstract:
(EN) A shifter assembly having a housing supporting a detent locking wheel with a biasing return spring. A plunger housing subassembly is rotatably supported within the locking wheel and operating in response to an external input to be rotated between each of Park, Reverse, Neutral and Drive gear shift positions. A solenoid is supported by the housing and is linked to a lock lever assembly pivotally engaged in the housing in proximity to the locking wheel, an extending portion of the lock lever assembly engaging the locking wheel. A PCB board is integrated into the housing and is communicable with at least one external sensor associated with a driver exit condition. Upon a triggering of the exit condition with the shifter in other than a Park position, the solenoid being energized to retract the lock lever assembly to permit the return spring to rotate said wheel to the Park position.
(FR) L'invention concerne un ensemble de changement de vitesses doté d'un boîtier soutenant une roue de verrouillage à crans avec un ressort de rappel de sollicitation. Un sous-ensemble de logement de poussoir est guidé en rotation à l'intérieur de la roue de verrouillage et fonctionnant en réaction à une entrée externe pour subir une rotation entre chacune des positions de Stationnement, Recul, Point mort et Conduite du changement de vitesses. Un solénoïde est soutenu par le boîtier et est lié à un ensemble levier de verrou engagé de façon pivotante dans le boîtier à proximité de la roue de verrouillage, une partie de prolongement de l'ensemble levier de verrou interagissant avec la roue de verrouillage. Une carte PCB est intégrée dans le boîtier et peut être mise en communication avec au moins un capteur externe associé à une condition de sortie du conducteur. Suite à un déclenchement de la condition de sortie alors que le changement de vitesses est dans une position autre que la position de Stationnement, le solénoïde est alimenté pour rétracter l'ensemble levier de verrou afin de permettre au ressort de rappel de faire tourner ladite roue jusqu'à la position de Stationnement.
