Abstract:
(EN) A method for determining the oil in a gas turbine engine involves establishing a stable and positive fluid level at the inlet (23) of a positive displacement pump (24). The method involves reducing the speed of the positive displacement pump (24) in the lubrication sub-system (100) of a gas turbine engine until fluid level at an inlet (23) of the positive displacement pump (24) increases. The method also involves closing a modulating valve (32) such that a second pressure at an outlet (25) of the positive displacement pump (24) is greater than a first pressure at the inlet (23) of the positive displacement pump (24) and modulating the speed of the positive displacement pump (24) until the fluid level at the inlet (23) is stable.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de détermination de l'huile dans un moteur à turbine à gaz impliquant l'établissement d'un niveau de fluide stable et positif à l'entrée (23) d'une pompe volumétrique (24). Le procédé consiste à réduire la vitesse de la pompe volumétrique (24) dans le sous-système de lubrification (100) d'un moteur à turbine à gaz jusqu'à ce que le niveau de fluide au niveau d'une entrée (23) de la pompe volumétrique (24) augmente.
