Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a washing machine including an actively movable balancer, and a control method thereof. The washing machine according to an embodiment of the present includes: a tub; a drum; a plurality of balancing units that move along a front or rear circumference of the drum in order to reduce the unbalance generated by the gathering of fabric to one side during the rotation of the drum; a vibration detecting sensor for detecting the vibration amount of the tub; and a control unit that moves the plurality of balancing units according to the vibration amount of the tub as measured by the vibration detecting sensor. The control unit may control a drum motor to move the plurality of balancing units in the same rotation direction so that the drum rotates at a constant rotation speed and the vibration amount of the tub as measured by the vibration detecting sensor is minimized, and then move the plurality of balancing units in different directions from each other so that the vibration amount of the tub as measured by the vibration detecting sensor is minimized, and thereby reduce unbalance.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une machine à laver comprenant un dispositif d’équilibrage à déplacement actif, et un procédé de commande associé. La machine à laver selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : une cuve ; un tambour ; une pluralité d’unités d’équilibrage qui se déplacent le long d’une circonférence avant ou arrière du tambour afin de réduire le déséquilibre produit par les amas de linge sur un côté pendant la rotation du tambour ; un capteur de détection de vibrations servant à détecter la quantité de vibrations de la cuve ; et une unité de commande qui déplace la pluralité d’unités d’équilibrage en fonction de la quantité de vibrations de la cuve mesurée par le capteur de détection de vibrations. L’unité de commande peut commander un moteur de tambour pour déplacer la pluralité d’unités d’équilibrage dans la même direction de rotation pour que le tambour tourne à une vitesse de rotation constante et que la quantité de vibrations de la cuve mesurée par le capteur de détection de vibrations se réduise au maximum, puis déplacer la pluralité d’unités d’équilibrage dans des directions différentes les unes des autres pour que la quantité de vibrations de la cuve mesurée par le capteur de détection de vibrations se réduise au maximum, de façon à réduire le déséquilibre.
(KO) 본 발명은 능동적으로 이동 가능한 밸런서가 구비된 세탁기 및 그 제어방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 세탁기는, 터브와, 드럼과, 드럼의 회전시 상기 포의 편중에 의하여 발생되는 언밸런스를 감소하기 위하여 드럼의 전방 또는 후방 원주를 따라 이동하는 복수의 밸런싱유닛과, 터브의 진동량을 감지하는 진동감지센서와, 진동감지센서가 측정한 터브의 진동량에 따라 복수의 밸런싱유닛을 이동하는 제어부를 포함한다. 제어부는 드럼모터를 제어하여 드럼을 일정한 회전속도로 회전하며 진동감지센서가 측정한 터브의 진동량이 최소가 되도록 복수의 밸런싱유닛을 동일한 회전방향으로 이동한 후 진동감지센서가 측정한 터브의 진동량이 최소가 되도록 복수의 밸런싱유닛을 서로 다른 회전방향으로 이동하여 언밸런스를 감소할 수 있다.
