Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to: a resin for a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) yarn using nano-silica, the resin allowing a TPU yarn to be continuously drawn out without being cut while ensuring desired processability and physical properties by mixing nano-silica having a particle size of 100 nm or less as a thickening agent for improving productivity and a quenching property when manufacturing a thin monofilament or multifilament yarn, such as a monofilament yarn of 50-350 denier or a multifilament yarn of 50 denier or less, from a TPU alone without coating a TPU on the surface of a polyester or nylon yarn as was done in the prior application invention described above when manufacturing a TPU yarn (preferably, when manufacturing a TPU-only monofilament yarn or a TPU-only multifilament yarn); and a method for manufacturing a TPU yarn by using the same.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une résine destinée à un fil de polyuréthane thermoplastique (TPU) utilisant de la nanosilice, la résine permettant d'étirer en continu un fil de TPU sans le couper, tout en garantissant l'aptitude souhaitée au traitement et les propriétés physiques souhaitées par mélange d'une nanosilice ayant une taille de particule égale ou inférieure à 100 nm en tant qu'agent épaississant destiné à améliorer la productivité, et une propriété de trempe lors de la fabrication d'un fil monofilament ou multifilament mince, tel qu'un fil monofilament de 50 à 350 deniers ou un fil multifilament inférieur ou égal à 50 deniers, à partir d'un TPU seul, sans revêtir d'un TPU la surface d'un fil de polyester ou de nylon, comme cela était fait dans l'invention de la demande antérieure décrite ci-dessus lors de la fabrication d'un fil de TPU (de préférence, lors de la fabrication d'un fil monofilament constitué uniquement de TPU ou d'un fil multifilament constitué uniquement de TPU) ; et un procédé de fabrication d'un fil de TPU par utilisation de cette résine.
(KO) 본 발명은 열가소성 폴리우레탄 원사를 제조할 때(바람직하게는, TPU 단독의 모노필라멘트사 또는 TPU 단독의 멀티필라멘트사를 제조할 때), 위에서 제시한 선출원 발명과 같이 폴리에스테르나 나일론 원사의 표면에 열가소성 폴리우레탄을 코팅 처리하지 않고, 열가소성 폴리우레탄 단독으로 얇은 두께, 일 예로 50~350 데니아의 모노필라멘트사 또는 50 데니아 이하의 멀티필라멘트사를 제조할 때 생산성과 소광성을 개선하기 위한 증점제로서 100nm 이하의 입자 크기를 가지는 나노 실리카를 배합하여 원하는 가공성 및 물성을 확보하면서도 TPU 원사를 뽑을 때 끊어지지 않고 연속적으로 뽑을 수 있도록 하는 나노 실리카를 사용한 열가소성 폴리우레탄 원사용 수지 및 이를 이용한 열가소성 폴리우레탄 원사의 제조방법을 제시한다.
