Abstract:
(EN) According to the present invention, a transmission comprises: a driving shaft connected to a servo motor; a planetary gear part connected to the driving shaft; a shift gear part for allowing a gear-shifting operation to be performed in a state in which the driving shaft and the planetary gear part are simultaneously positioned at a set gear-shifting position when an operation for gear-shifting is performed while the servo motor stops; and an actuator for operating the shift gear part. According to the present invention, the transmission precisely controls an operation by using the servo motor, enables a high-output operation through gear-shifting as necessary, and can prevent malfunction and position deviation of a device during the gear-shifting operation, thereby improving operational stability and efficiency of other industrial automated devices, using the servo motor, such as a robot driving pack, a motor cylinder, a servo press, and a nut runner.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une transmission qui comprend : un arbre d'entraînement relié à un servomoteur ; une partie engrenage planétaire reliée à l'arbre d'entraînement ; une partie engrenage de changement de vitesse permettant à une opération de changement de vitesse d'être effectuée dans un état dans lequel l'arbre d'entraînement et la partie engrenage planétaire sont simultanément positionnés à une position de changement de vitesse définie lorsqu'une opération de changement de vitesse est effectuée alors que le servomoteur s'arrête ; et un actionneur permettant d'actionner la partie engrenage de changement de vitesse. Selon la présente invention, la transmission commande avec précision une opération à l'aide du servomoteur, permet une opération de sortie élevée par un changement de vitesse si nécessaire, et peut empêcher un mauvais fonctionnement et un écart de position d'un dispositif pendant l'opération de changement de vitesse, ce qui permet d'améliorer la stabilité et l'efficacité de fonctionnement d'autres dispositifs automatisés industriels, à l'aide du servomoteur, tels qu'un bloc d'entraînement de robot, un cylindre de moteur, une servo-presse, et une serreuse.
(KO) 본 발명에 따른 변속기는 서보모터와 연결된 구동축과, 상기 구동축과 연결되는 유성기어부와, 상기 서보모터가 정지한 상태에서 변속을 위한 동작시에 상기 구동축과 상기 유성기어부가 동시에 설정된 변속 위치에 위치한 상태로 변속 동작이 이루어지도록 하는 변속 기어부와, 상기 변속 기어부를 동작시키는 액츄에이터를 구비하는 것으로, 이러한 본 발명에 따른 변속기는 서보모터를 이용하여 정밀하게 동작이 제어되도록 하며 필요시 변속을 통한 고출력 동작이 가능하도록 하고, 변속 동작 시에 장치의 오동작 및 위치 이탈이 발생하는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하여 로봇 구동팩, 모터 실린더, 서보 프레스, 너트 러너 등 서보모터를 사용하는 기타의 산업 자동화 장치들의 동작 안정성과 효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
