Abstract:
(EN) A protective relay test equipment operation device according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a switch unit for, upon reception of a trip signal or a close signal from a protective relay, changing an electrical connection state between a first port configured to be electrically connected to test equipment that generates a test signal and a second port configured to be electrically connected to the protective relay; a measurement unit for measuring a voltage and a current between the first port and the second port during a test period in which an operation time point of the switch unit is a start time point or an end time point; and a calculation unit for calculating a plurality of time point-specific impedance values within the test period according to a measurement result of the measurement unit.
(FR) Un mode de réalisation de la présente invention concerne un dispositif d'exploitation d'équipement de test de relais de protection pouvant comprendre : une unité de commutation permettant, lors de la réception d'un signal de déclenchement ou d'un signal de fermeture provenant d'un relais de protection, le changement d'un état de connexion électrique entre un premier port conçu pour être connecté électriquement à un équipement de test qui génère un signal de test et un second port conçu pour être connecté électriquement au relais de protection ; une unité de mesure permettant de mesurer une tension et un courant entre le premier port et le second port pendant une période de test pendant laquelle un instant d'exploitation de l'unité de commutation constitue un instant de début ou un instant de fin ; et une unité de calcul permettant de calculer une pluralité de valeurs d'impédance spécifiques à l'instant pendant la période d'essai en fonction d'un résultat de mesure de l'unité de mesure.
(KO) 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 보호계전기 시험장비 운용 장치는, 시험신호를 생성하는 시험장비에 전기적으로 연결되도록 구성된 제1 포트와 보호계전기에 전기적으로 연결되도록 구성된 제2 포트 사이의 전기적인 연결 상태를 보호계전기로부터 트립(trip) 신호 또는 클로즈(close) 신호를 전달받음에 따라 변경하는 스위치부와, 스위치부의 동작 시점이 시작 시점 또는 끝 시점인 시험기간 동안에 제1 포트와 제2 포트 사이의 전압 및 전류를 측정하는 측정부와, 측정부의 측정 결과에 따라 시험기간 내의 복수의 시점 별 임피던스를 연산하는 연산부를 포함할 수 있다.
