Abstract:
(EN) A machining device 1 performs removal machining for removing at least part of an outer peripheral surface of a supported rotating body 6 that is supported by a plurality of supporting rotating bodies 501, 502 and that rotates together with rotation of the plurality of supporting rotating bodies 501, 502. The machining device 1 comprises: a removal machining unit 100 that performs removal machining by contacting the outer peripheral surface of the supported rotating body 6; a displacement mechanism unit 200 that supports the removal machining unit 100 and can change the position of the removal machining unit 100 together with and in the direction of movement of the outer peripheral surface of the supported rotating body 6 in the direction orthogonal to a center axis CA of the supported rotating body 6; and an urging unit 300 that urges the removal machining unit 100 toward the outer peripheral surface of the supported rotating body 6.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'usinage 1 qui réalise un usinage par enlèvement de matière pour retirer au moins une partie d'une surface périphérique externe d'un corps 6 supporté en rotation, ledit corps étant supporté par une pluralité de corps de support rotatifs 501, 502 et entraîné en rotation par la pluralité de corps de support rotatifs 501, 502. Le dispositif d'usinage 1 comprend : une unité d'usinage par enlèvement de matière 100 qui effectue un usinage par enlèvement de matière par mise en contact de la surface périphérique externe du corps 6 supporté en rotation ; une unité 200 de mécanisme de déplacement qui supporte l'unité d'usinage par enlèvement de matière et qui peut modifier la position de l'unité d'usinage par enlèvement de matière conjointement à et dans la direction de déplacement de la surface périphérique externe du corps 6 supporté en rotation dans la direction orthogonale à un axe central CA du corps 6 supporté en rotation ; et une unité de poussée 300 qui pousse l'unité d'usinage par enlèvement de matière vers la surface périphérique externe du corps 6 supporté en rotation.
