Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide: a collector for electricity storage devices, which is used in order to supply a coating liquid that has improved dispersibility of a powder carbon material such as carbon fine particles and to obtain an electricity storage device that has a low resistance; and a method for producing this collector for electricity storage devices. [Solution] A collector for electricity storage devices, which is obtained by forming a coating layer on one surface or both surfaces of a sheet-like conductive substrate, and which is characterized in that: the coating layer contains a powder carbon material, a polymer that contains vinylidene fluoride as a monomer unit, and a vinyl polymer containing no fluorine; the vinyl polymer containing no fluorine is a homopolymer that contains N-vinyl acetamide or the like as a monomer unit, or a copolymer; the content ratio of the vinyl polymer containing no fluorine in the coating layer is 0.099-5.0% by mass; and the content ratio of the powder carbon material in the coating layer is 15.0-65.0% by mass.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un collecteur pour dispositifs de stockage d'électricité, qui est utilisé pour fournir un liquide de revêtement qui a une dispersibilité améliorée d'un matériau carboné en poudre tel que des particules fines de carbone et pour obtenir un dispositif de stockage d'électricité qui a une faible résistance. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication de ce collecteur pour dispositifs de stockage d'électricité. Un collecteur pour dispositifs de stockage d'électricité selon l'invention est obtenu par formation d'une couche de revêtement sur une surface ou sur les deux surfaces d'un substrat conducteur en forme de feuille, et il est caractérisé en ce que : la couche de revêtement contient un matériau carboné en poudre, un polymère qui contient du fluorure de vinylidène en tant qu'unité monomère, et un polymère vinylique ne contenant pas de fluor; le polymère vinylique ne contenant pas de fluor est un homopolymère qui contient du N-vinylacétamide ou analogue en tant qu'unité monomère, ou un copolymère; la teneur en polymère de vinyle ne contenant pas de fluor dans la couche de revêtement est de 0,099 à 5,0 % en masse; et la teneur en matériau carboné en poudre dans la couche de revêtement est de 15,0 à 65,0 % en masse.
