Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing a polyolefin microporous film having exceptional self-discharge characteristics when incorporated into a cell as a separator. The present invention solves the above-mentioned problem by a polyolefin microporous film in which the percentage change in film thickness when heated and compressed for 60 minutes at a temperature of 80°C and a pressure of 1 MPa is 0-15% relative to a film thickness of 100% of the polyolefin microporous film prior to heating and compression.
(FR) Le problème à la base de la présente invention concerne un film microporeux polyoléfinique présentant des caractéristiques d'autodécharge exceptionnelles lorsqu'il est incorporé dans une cellule en tant que séparateur. La présente invention résout le problème susmentionné par un film microporeux polyoléfinique dans lequel le pourcentage de changement d'épaisseur de film lorsqu'il est chauffé et comprimé pendant 60 minutes à une température de 80 °C et à une pression de 1 MPa est de 0-15 % par rapport à une épaisseur de film de 100 % du film microporeux polyoléfinique avant chauffage et compression.
(JA) 本発明は、セパレータとして電池に組み入れた際の自己放電特性に優れたポリオレフィン微多孔膜を提供することを課題とする。本発明は、温度80℃、圧力1MPaで60分間加熱圧縮した時の膜厚変化率が、加熱圧縮前のポリオレフィン微多孔質膜の膜厚100%に対して、0%以上15%以下であるポリオレフィン微多孔膜などによる。
