Abstract:
(EN) According to the present invention, a retainer (2) is an outer ring guide-type retainer in which an outer diameter guide surface (20) comes into contact with an outer ring raceway surface. The needle roller (1) is a crowning needle roller having a cylindrical surface portion (10) of a constant diameter in a central region thereof, and inclined surface portions (11) on both sides of the cylindrical surface portion (10). The outer diameter guide surface (20) of the retainer (2), and boundary portions (12) between the cylindrical surface portion (10) and the inclined surface portions (11) of the needle roller (1) are disposed at different positions in the axial direction. The boundary portions (12) between the cylindrical surface portion (10) and the inclined surface portions (11) of the needle roller (1) are not in contact with the retainer (2).
(FR) Selon la présente invention, un élément de retenue (2) se présente sous la forme d'un élément de retenue de type guide de bague extérieure dans lequel une surface de guidage de diamètre extérieur (20) vient en contact avec une surface de chemin de roulement de bague extérieure. L'aiguille de roulement (1) se présente sous la forme d'une aiguille de roulement bombée comportant une partie superficielle cylindrique (10) d'un diamètre constant dans sa région centrale, et des parties superficielles inclinées (11) sur les deux côtés de la partie superficielle cylindrique (10). La surface de guidage de diamètre extérieur (20) de l'élément de retenue (2), et des parties de délimitation (12) entre la partie superficielle cylindrique (10) et les parties superficielles inclinées (11) de l'aiguille de roulement (1) sont disposées à différents emplacements dans la direction axiale. Les parties de délimitation (12) entre la partie superficielle cylindrique (10) et les parties superficielles inclinées (11) de l'aiguille de roulement ne sont pas en contact avec l'élément de retenue (2).
(JA) 保持器(2)は、外径案内面(20)が外輪軌道面と接触する外輪案内型保持器である。針状ころ(1)は、中央領域に直径が一定の円筒面部(10)と円筒面部(10)の両側に傾斜面部(11)とを有するクラウニングころである。保持器(2)の外径案内面(20)と、前記針状ころ(1)の円筒面部(10)と傾斜面部(11)との間の境界部位(12)とが軸方向で異なる位置に配設される。針状ころ(1)の円筒面部(10)と傾斜面部(11)との間の境界部位(12)が保持器(2)と非接触となる。
