Abstract:
(EN) This method for manufacturing a flexible permanent magnet having a polymer matrix layer containing dispersed magnetic fillers includes: a dispersion liquid molding step of molding a magnetic filler dispersion liquid 10 into a sheet shape, the magnetic filler dispersion liquid being prepared by dispersing magnetic fillers into a matrix material comprising a thermosetting resin-based elastomer component; a thermal curing step of heating and thermal-curing the magnetic filler dispersion liquid 10 while applying a magnetic field in the thickness direction of the magnetic filler dispersion liquid 10 that has been molded into the sheet shape and orienting the magnetic fillers; and a magnetization step of applying a magnetic field in the thickness direction of the thermally cured polymer matrix layer to magnetize the polymer matrix layer and thus obtaining a flexible permanent magnet having a degree of orientation of 0.5 or higher.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un aimant permanent flexible ayant une couche de matrice polymère contenant des charges magnétiques dispersées qui consiste : en une étape de moulage de liquide de dispersion consistant à mouler un liquide de dispersion (10) de charges magnétiques en une forme de feuille, le liquide de dispersion de charges magnétiques étant préparé en dispersant des charges magnétiques dans un matériau de matrice comprenant un composant élastomère à base de résine thermodurcissable ; en une étape de traitement thermique consistant à chauffer et à traiter thermiquement le liquide de dispersion (10) de charges magnétiques tout en appliquant un champ magnétique dans la direction de l’épaisseur du liquide de dispersion (10) de charges magnétiques qui a été moulé dans la forme de feuille et en orientant les charges magnétiques ; et en une étape de magnétisation consistant à appliquer un champ magnétique dans la direction de l’épaisseur de la couche de matrice polymère traitée thermiquement pour magnétiser la couche de matrice polymère et obtenir ainsi un aimant permanent flexible dont le degré d’orientation est supérieur ou égal à 0,5.
(JA) 磁性フィラーを分散させて含有した高分子マトリックス層を有する可撓性永久磁石の製造方法において、熱硬化性樹脂系エラストマー成分からなるマトリックス材料に前記磁性フィラーを分散させて調製した磁性フィラー分散液10をシート状に成形する分散液成形工程と、シート状に成形した磁性フィラー分散液10の厚み方向に磁場を印加して前記磁性フィラーを配向させながら、磁性フィラー分散液10を加熱して熱硬化させる熱硬化工程と、熱硬化を終えた前記高分子マトリックス層の厚み方向に磁場を印加して着磁し、配向度が0.5以上の可撓性永久磁石を得る着磁工程と、を備える。
