Abstract:
(EN) In order to provide a magnetic recording medium in which the average particle diameter and the particle diameter distribution are reduced, the present invention provides a magnetic recording medium that has an applicable magnetic property (magnetically anisotropic energy) as a magnetic recording medium. This magnetic recording medium includes, in said order, a substrate, a particle diameter control layer, a first seed layer, a second seed layer, and a magnetic recording layer including an ordered alloy, wherein the second seed layer comprises crystal particles the main ingredient of which is TiN, and a grain boundary material the main ingredient of which is at least one selected from a group consisting of a metal oxide and carbon.
(FR) Afin de fournir un support d'enregistrement magnétique dans lequel le diamètre de particule moyen et la distribution de diamètre de particule sont réduits, la présente invention concerne un support d'enregistrement magnétique qui comporte une propriété magnétique applicable (énergie magnétiquement anisotrope) en tant que support d'enregistrement magnétique. Ce support d'enregistrement magnétique comprend, dans cet ordre, un substrat, une couche de commande de diamètre de particule, une première couche de germination, une seconde couche de germination et une couche d'enregistrement magnétique comprenant un alliage ordonné, la seconde couche de germination comprenant des particules cristallines dont l'ingrédient principal est l'étain, et un matériau de limite de grain dont l'ingrédient principal est au moins un élément choisi dans un groupe constitué d'un oxyde métallique et de carbone.
