Abstract:
(EN) This vibration-proof device (20) is provided with a coil spring (24), a first inclination part (21) and a second inclination part (22). The coil spring (24) is disposed between the hull (2) of a ship and a propulsion engine (4), and absorbs vibrations from the propulsion engine (4). The first inclination part (21) has a first inclined surface (21a) along a rake angle, is disposed between the hull (2) and the coil spring (24), and is inclined relative to the hull (2) so that a hull (2)-side attachment surface of the coil spring (24) approaches a horizontal plane. The second inclination part (22) has a second inclined surface (22a) along the rake angle, is disposed between the propulsion engine (4) and the coil spring (24), and is inclined relative to the propulsion engine (4) so that a propulsion engine (4)-side attachment surface of the coil spring (24) approaches the horizontal plane.
(FR) Ce dispositif résistant aux vibrations (20) est doté d'un ressort hélicoïdal (24), d'une première partie d'inclinaison (21) et d'une seconde partie d'inclinaison (22). Le ressort hélicoïdal (24) est disposé entre la coque (2) d'un navire et un moteur de propulsion (4) et absorbe les vibrations provenant du moteur de propulsion (4). La première partie d'inclinaison (21) présente une première surface inclinée (21a) le long d'un angle d'inclinaison, est disposée entre la coque (2) et le ressort hélicoïdal (24) et est inclinée par rapport à la coque (2) de sorte qu'une surface de fixation côté coque (2) du ressort hélicoïdal (24) s'approche d'un plan horizontal. La seconde partie d'inclinaison (22) présente une seconde surface inclinée (22a) le long de l'angle d'inclinaison, est disposée entre le moteur de propulsion (4) et le ressort hélicoïdal (24) et est inclinée par rapport au moteur de propulsion (4) de sorte qu'une surface de fixation côté moteur de propulsion (4) du ressort hélicoïdal (24) s'approche du plan horizontal.
(JA) 防振装置(20)は、コイルバネ(24)と、第1傾斜部(21)と、第2傾斜部(22)と、を備える。コイルバネ(24)は、船舶の船体(2)と推進用エンジン(4)との間に配置され、推進用エンジン(4)の振動を吸収する。第1傾斜部(21)は、レーキ角に応じた第1傾斜面(21a)を有するとともに、船体(2)とコイルバネ(24)の間に配置されており、コイルバネ(24)の船体(2)側の取付面を水平面に近づけるように船体(2)に対して傾斜させる。第2傾斜部(22)は、レーキ角に応じた第2傾斜面(22a)を有するとともに、推進用エンジン(4)とコイルバネ(24)の間に配置されており、コイルバネ(24)の推進用エンジン(4)側の取付面を水平面に近づけるように推進用エンジン(4)に対して傾斜させる。
