Abstract:
(EN) This sphygmomanometer includes a cuff to be mounted around a site to be measured and a main body. The main body includes: a substrate (11); a pump (30) and a pressure sensor (31) which are attached to one side of the substrate (11); and a plate-like member disposed facing the other side (11b) of the substrate (11). The substrate (11) has a first through hole (11c) at a site corresponding to a fluid outlet (30d) of the pump (30) and a second through hole (11d) at a site corresponding to a fluid inlet (31d) of the pressure sensor. The other side (11b) of the substrate (11) and an opposing surface of the plate-like member facing the other side (11b) constitute a planar direction flow channel (390) along the other side (11b) of the substrate. The planar direction flow channel (390) communicates with a fluid bag of the cuff. The sphygmomanometer also includes a pressure control unit that controls pressure against the site to be measured through the planar direction flow channel (390) and a blood pressure calculation unit that calculates the blood pressure.
(FR) L'invention concerne un sphygmomanomètre comprenant un brassard destiné à être monté autour d'un site à mesurer et un corps principal. Le corps principal comprend : un substrat (11) ; une pompe (30) et un capteur de pression (31) qui sont fixés à un côté du substrat (11) ; et un élément de type plaque disposé en regard de l'autre côté (11b) du substrat (11). Le substrat (11) comporte un premier trou traversant (11c) au niveau d'un site correspondant à une sortie de fluide (30d) de la pompe (30) et un second trou traversant (d) au niveau d'un site correspondant à une entrée de fluide (31d) du capteur de pression. L'autre côté (11b) du substrat (11) et une surface opposée de l'élément en forme de plaque faisant face à l'autre côté (11b) constituent un canal d'écoulement de direction plane (390) le long de l'autre côté (11b) du substrat. Le canal d'écoulement de direction plane (390) communique avec un sac de fluide du brassard. Le sphygmomanomètre comprend également une unité de commande de pression qui commande la pression contre le site à mesurer à travers le canal d'écoulement de direction plane (390) et une unité de calcul de pression artérielle qui calcule la pression artérielle.
