Abstract:
(EN) This display device has pixels, and each pixel has a pixel electrode, an electroluminescent layer on the pixel electrode, and a counter electrode on the electroluminescent layer. Each pixel electrode has: a first conductive layer including a conductive oxide containing indium and zinc; a second conductive layer positioned on the first conductive layer, and containing silver; and a third conductive layer positioned on the second conductive layer, and including a conductive oxide containing indium and tin. The thickness of the first conductive layer is 2-5 times the thickness of the third conductive layer.
(FR) Selon l'invention, un dispositif d'affichage comporte des pixels, et chaque pixel comporte une électrode de pixel, une couche électroluminescente sur l'électrode de pixel, et une contre-électrode sur la couche électroluminescente. Chaque électrode de pixel comprend : une première couche conductrice contenant un oxyde conducteur contenant de l'indium et du zinc ; une deuxième couche conductrice positionnée sur la première couche conductrice, et contenant de l'argent ; et une troisième couche conductrice positionnée sur la deuxième couche conductrice, et contenant un oxyde conducteur contenant de l'indium et de l'étain. L'épaisseur de la première couche conductrice est 2 à 5 fois l'épaisseur de la troisième couche conductrice.
