According to the present invention, a nitrided layer (13) is formed on the base material surface side of a cylinder block (7) including an opening-side end surface (7B) and each of cylinder holes (12). In addition, a piston sliding surface (12A) of each of the cylinder holes (12) is formed as a compound layer-removed hole (17) by using a polishing means, such as honing for example, to remove a compound layer (16) located on the surface side of the nitrided layer (13). In addition, in a portion (A) at which the compound layer-removed hole (17) of each cylinder hole (12) and a tapered surface (12B) in the cylinder entrance intersect, a compound layer-removed surface (18) is formed by using a polishing means such as, for example, honing. This compound layer-removed surface (18) is formed as an inclined surface with a tapered shape having an angle α.

La présente invention concerne la formation d'une couche nitrurée (13) sur le côté surface de matériau de base d'un bloc-cylindres (7) comprenant une surface d'extrémité côté ouverture (7B) et chacun des trous de cylindre (12).
