Abstract:
(EN) This boarding assistance device acquires the destination and contact details of a passenger by means of a passenger information acquisition unit, and determines, by means of a state determination unit, whether the passenger can disembark at the aforementioned destination, for example, on the basis of on the basis of sensing results of the passenger state detection unit which detects the state of the passenger. Then, if the passenger is deemed to be incapable of disembarking, the device performs a waking-up operation by means of a waking-up assistance unit, and if the state determination unit deems the passenger to be incapable of disembarking, even after this waking-up operation, notifies, by means of the contact details notification unit, the contact details acquired by the passenger information acquisition unit.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'aide à l'embarquement qui acquiert les détails de destination et de contact d'un passager au moyen d'une unité d'acquisition d'informations de passager, et détermine, au moyen d'une unité de détermination d'état, si le passager peut descendre au niveau de la destination mentionnée ci-dessus, par exemple, sur la base des résultats de détection de l'unité de détection d'état de passager qui détecte l'état du passager. (JA) 乗客支援装置は、乗客情報取得部により、乗客の目的地と連絡先とを取得し、状態判定部により、例えば前記目的地において、前記乗客の状態を検出する乗客状態検出センサのセンシング結果に基づいて、前記乗客が降車可能な状態にあるか否かを判定する。そして、前記乗客が降車不能な状態にあると判定されたとき、覚醒支援部により、前記乗客の覚醒動作を行い、この覚醒動作後も、前記状態判定部により前記乗客が降車不能な状態にあると判定された場合、連絡先通知部によって、前記乗客情報取得部によって取得した前記連絡先へ通知する。
