Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for producing acetic acid, by which it is possible to greatly improve the service life of a silver-substituted ion exchange resin (IER) that is used to remove organic iodine compounds in acetic acid. In this method for producing acetic acid, a nickel-based alloy or zirconium is used as a material of a distillation column in a dehydration step in a methanol carbonylation process, and the concentrations of metal ions in a liquid charged in the distillation column in the dehydration step are less than 10,000 ppb by mass of iron ions, less than 5000 ppb by mass of chromium ions, less than 3000 ppb by mass of nickel ions and less than 2000 ppb by mass of molybdenum ions.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'acide acétique, par lequel il est possible d'améliorer de manière considérable la durée de vie d'une résine échangeuse d'ions (REI) à substitution argent qui est utilisée pour éliminer des composés d'iode organique dans l'acide acétique. Le procédé de production d'acide acétique fourni par la présente invention utilise un alliage à base de nickel ou du zirconium comme matériau d'une colonne de distillation dans une étape de déshydratation faisant partie d'un procédé de carbonylation de méthanol, et les concentrations d'ions métalliques dans un liquide chargé dans la colonne de distillation de l'étape de déshydratation sont inférieures à 10000 ppb en masse d'ions de fer, moins de 5000 ppb en masse d'ions de chrome, moins de 3000 ppb en masse d'ions de nickel et moins de 2000 ppb en masse d'ions de molybdène.
