Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To enable determination of whether a grinding wheel and a grinding material have come into contact to be accurately performed without being affected by the mechanical characteristics of a grinding machine or by interference from the surrounding environment. [Solution] Flexural vibration noise produced by a grinding wheel 22 and propagated through the air is collected by a microphone 26, the grinding wheel 22 is advanced toward a grinding material until the acoustic pressure of the flexural vibration noise or the rate of increase in said acoustic pressure reaches a first threshold value, the grinding wheel 22 is advanced toward the grinding material from the point in time when the acoustic pressure of the flexural vibration noise or the rate of increase in said acoustic pressure reaches the first threshold value until a prescribed cutting amount is reached, and the advancing of the grinding wheel is stopped at the point in time when the prescribed cutting amount is reached.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de permettre de déterminer, avec précision et sans être affecté par les caractéristiques mécaniques d'une machine de meulage ou par l'interférence provenant de l'environnement ambiant, si une meule et un matériau de meulage ont été en contact. Selon la solution fournie par l'invention, le bruit de vibration de flexion produit par une meule (22) et propagé à travers l'air est collecté par un microphone (26), la meule (22) est avancée vers un matériau de meulage jusqu'à ce que la pression acoustique du bruit de vibration de flexion ou le taux d'augmentation de ladite pression acoustique atteigne une première valeur de seuil, la meule (22) est avancée vers le matériau de meulage à partir du moment où la pression acoustique du bruit de vibration de flexion ou le taux d'augmentation de ladite pression acoustique atteint la première valeur de seuil jusqu'à ce qu'une quantité de coupe prescrite soit atteinte et l'avancement de la meule est arrêté au moment où la quantité de coupe prescrite est atteinte.
(JA) 【課題】砥石車と被研削物とが接触したことの判定を、研削盤の機械特性や周囲の環境による外乱の影響を受けることなく、正確に行えるようにすること。 【解決手段】砥石車22が発生し、空気中を伝搬する曲げ振動音をマイクロフォン26によって採集し、砥石車22を前記曲げ振動音の音圧又は当該音圧の増加率が第1の閾値に達するまで前記被研削物に対して前進させ、前記曲げ振動音の音圧又は当該音圧の増加率が前記第1の閾値に達した時点から前記所定の切込み量に達するまで前記砥石車22を前記被研削物に向けて前進させ、前記所定の切込み量に達した時点で前記砥石車の前進を停止させる。
